World Assembly
The decision-making body comprises of the World President, the Executive Committee members, and Presidents of National Committees.
The body meets once a year.
Executive Committee
The administrative body comprises of the World President, World Treasurer and Vice President representing the five regions (Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America, North America and the Caribbean).
National Committees
The National Committee is established. It has full voting rights, can send delegates to international and regional meetings, and may use the logo on its literature.
Preparatory Committees
A Preparatory Committee may be formed by a group of interested persons willing to adopt the aims of the organisation and work under the rules of the Constitution.
The World Assembly may grant full membership after one year.
